Thank you for your interest in partnering with Bubbles & Suds Soap Co.! We are excited to offer our handcrafted soaps and bath products for wholesale purchase. Please review the following Terms & Conditions before placing your order.

REQUIRMENTS

• Authorized retailers must be an established, physical brick & mortar store.

PRICING

• Authorized retailers will receive wholesale pricing per a separate email to follow after initial inquiry. 
• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• All first time wholesale orders will start with the "Wholesale Starter Package".
• A minimum order of $100 is required on all orders after initial order.
• Prices do not include shipping and handling which will be calculated on your invoice.

ORDERING

• All wholesale orders must be submitted via email. 
• Orders are processed in the order they are received.
• Order confirmations will be sent via email within 2 business days.
• We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice once your order is assembled and packed for shipment or local pick-up/delivery.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

• We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as checks, Cash App, Venmo or PayPal.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on weight and destination.
• We ship our products via UPS or USPS
• Shipments typically go out within 1 week, but please allow up to 2 weeks for the order to be processed.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

• If the order is cancelled prior to it being pulled and packed, there will be no cancellation fee.
• If the order has been packed and you decide to cancel there is a cancellation and restock fee in the amount of 10% of the order total.
• Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Although exchanges may be considered for damaged items.  If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of arrival for replacement or credit.  After this time, Bubbles & Suds cannot be held responsible for items. 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

• All of our products are handcrafted in small batches, variations in color, size and scent may occur.
• Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact product you receive.
• You may not sell our products online on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon or Etsy.
• You may use our product images and descriptions for you own website or marketing, but you may not alter them in any way.
• To preserve the color and quality of the soaps and bath bombs, keep out of direct sunlight and heat.
