Oatmeal is rich in antioxidants and is best known for its soothing of skin. It’s a natural exfoliant and promotes cell turnover. It’s helps your skin’s pH levels (again, who knew!?) which in turns helps keep your skin hydrated. And the best it contains beta-glucans which help stimulate collagen production.
